Dhaulagiri (8167m) that means White Mountain in Nepalese is the seventh highest mountain in the world located in Nepal, Central Himalayas.

In spring 2007 of CSKA of Kazakhstan plans the Dhaulagiri Expedition via classic route (Northeast ridge) opened in 1960 by the Swiss/Austrian expedition.

The expedition is going to be two-parted:

April, 01-25: Dhaulagiri (8167m) Normal route (Northeast ridge) ascent in usual style on

April, 25 - on May, 05: the independent project of Denis Urubko (CSKA of Kazakhstan team's sportsman) aiming to make a high-speed Dhaulagiri solo climb.
