Mike Pekarev, Moscow. Portfolio.

I heard about Mike earlier, but did not know him personally. For some reason I always considered, that rock-climbing as serious sports had its evolution anywhere in Russia except for in Moscow. It seemed to me there were not normal sportsmen by definition in Moscow. There are some reasons of that: everybody since their earliest childhood have the chief concern is earning money, there are a huge amount of other temptations, etc... More likely there can be corporate sportsmen engaged in rock-climbing-shaping according an urgent advice of management of their companies :) or just ineffably highbrows...

But after I got acquainted with Mike, I understood that I was mistaken. He is the real sportsman of extraordinary health and huge potential. He amazingly climbs complex routes (I vail the bonnet!) both in technical and power aspect. He has motivation to trainings. Somehow someone asked him at competitions in Arko: "Are you taking part in?" And he answered:" Not this year, but I'm going to".

In general, Mike is very light, kind and good person. For example I was surprised that Mike is sound on Russian art song, rock and other absolutely not traditional for today's youth music...
